Biography

An eclectic dj producer, never banal and with an always surprising and emotional sound. All this is Alberto Bambini, best known as Purepath. His passion for music starts when he’s just 7 and at 16 he starts his career as a dj behind the consoles of Toscana’s hottest clubs.

The shift to musical production happens some time later, when he begins to produce in his personal recording studio dance songs that attract the attention of some important labels. He works for Flying Records, Energy, Emi, Sony and Gitana, with which he sells 600.000 copies all over Europe in 2000, thanks to Mabel project and to ’Disco Disco“ single, that was remixed by the English dj Nick Sentience too

In the meantime, he performs as a dj in the hottest European clubs, becoming one of the main protagonists of English Supreme Music by which he’s said ’one of the most innovative dj on the scene“. A great token of esteem for Purepath, now ready to start back with his own project and committed to prepare a really various album called ’Overburning“ from a musical point of view, which will feature many important collaborations such as the ones with vocalist Tiff Lacey (already a protagonist in songs by Paul Oakenfold, Atb and others), Sara Berg and Simone Onorante.
